Senior Helpers - Bolingbrook, IL is Hiring a Live in caregiver Near Tinley Park, IL
Senior Helpers, a nationally recognized home care company, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Live In Caregivers to join our team in Bolingbrook and surrounding areas in Illinois.
The Live In Caregivers will provide one-on-one care to elderly and disabled individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities and promoting their overall well-being.
With immediate start, this is a part-time, hourly healthcare / medical job in the franchise industry.
Compensation & Benefits :
The Live In Caregivers will receive a competitive compensation of $220 per day, paid biweekly.
In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, and ongoing training opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care and support to elderly and disabled individuals, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Engage in meaningful activities and provide companionship to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or well-being to the care team
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and any changes in the client's needs
Requirements :
- Previous experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care setting but we can train the right person
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
